  • Paid Time Off
    Earn a generous amount PTO each year, with your accruals increasing with years of service. Biannual cash out option available.
  • Earned Illness Bank
    Earn a generous amount of EIB per year for personal illnesses, medical conditions, and/or hospitalizations.
  • Holidays
    Seven paid holidays are scheduled each year. Holiday pay at time and a half if you work on one of the scheduled holidays!
